Physical therapy has a documentation problem. Providers spend more time on paperwork than on patients. Patient engagement drops the moment they leave the clinic. Revenue sits on the table because RTM is too complex to manage manually.
We built Zera to fix all of it — not with separate tools bolted together, but with one AI that understands both sides of care.

We chose physical therapy first because the need is urgent, the market is underserved, and the AI opportunity is massive. But the platform we're building is designed to go further.
